We have had two surveys performed by Kani very recently as the first property fell through based on issues with the roof which Kani identified but for which the vendor would not put right or reflect this in a lowered asking price. After pulling out of this one we found another property and had no hesitation in going back to Kani who carried out this and the previous survey with the utmost of professionalism and providing a very comprehensive report. Fingers crossed we will complete on this second property and move in October!! I would certainly recommend Kani’s services to anyone wanting a thorough survey to give them reassurance about their potential purchase!!
