Southern Surveyors were mentioned to me by a stranger in a pub after the topic of house buying came up, and after reading reviews online I was really impressed and so instructed Kani to carry out my level 2 survey. Kani was very pleasant to deal with, and made sure that everything was clear and understood before agreeing to complete the work. There were some initial delays to my buying process so I had to put the survey on hold for a couple of weeks, but Kani was very understanding and then moved forward as soon as I gave the go ahead to continue. The survey was very thorough and easy to understand, and I was also able to have a phone conversation afterwards to discuss the results. Since having my survey I have realised several friends have also used Southern Surveyors! I will definitely recommend to anyone buying in the local area, especially a FTB such as myself.
